‘Bodie’ A Californian Ghost town

One of a series of images taken while exploring the historic gold rush areas around California.
This is the now abandoned gold mining town of Bodie. Once thriving with a large population, but completely abandoned when the gold ran out.
This image was awarded a SILVER in the 15th Association of photographers Awards.
