Detroit Abandoned

Nominated series in the 3rd Fine Art photography Awards

Documentary series on the abandoned areas around the city of Detroit.

I discovered a consequence to Detroit’s problems had been the abandonment of many homes, commercial and government buildings, including even some schools, libraries, and churches.  Interested in the visual transformation of many parts of the city, I decided to take a trip there to shoot a documentary series.
