Composition Rotovision book pictures selected

Composition.
I was contacted by writer Terry Hope who told me he had seen the black & white portraiture series I’d done of americans which had been selected for inclusion in the Association of Photographers awards. He was busy writing a photographic book about composition for publishers Rotovision and really wanted to include my shots in the forth coming book.

The book is about black & white photography and how different photographers approach their subject, I was asked by Terry if I would write something for the book about how I work. Writing different pieces to accompany each of the four shots he wanted to include in the book. I’ve shown some of the spreads from the book here.
